I spent $13 and bought enough ingredients to make guacomole in two different ways. Last night, I used this "easy" recipe to make a very tasty batch of guacomole. With my goal accomplished, I left the slightly harder recipe to make later this week.
Haven't picked a goal for this week yet, but it might have something to do with forming my team for a beach ultimate tournament next weekend.
